Sr. Marketing Executive/Sales Executive

Essential Skills:

Good Communication Skills, Knowledge of real estate market, Negotiation skills and Responsiveness.


·         Responding to sales enquiries from new and existing customers.

·         Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively and Following up sales leads to generate sale.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Delivering presentations of the company products to customers at sites and exhibitions.

·         Meeting Monthly/annual sales goals and targets.

·         Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales.

·         Handling site visits and generates references.

·         Drive sales of Premium Villas, Villa plots & Apartments.

·         End to End sales, organizing sales visit.

·         One closure per month is mandatory.
